The teams
Teams are always green, red and blue. Their nicknames can change from show to show.
How it works
1 · Pick a team
Type !green, !red or !blue in chat (the day's team nickname works too).
You can switch until the first buy locks. You need a linked wallet, same as kemeow: type !link to see how.
2 · Guess the multiplier
For every bonus buy, type what you think it pays, like 0.45 or !guess 0.45.
Multiplier = what it paid ÷ what the buy cost. Each buy, your first guess counts, and guesses lock when the bonus is bought.
3 · Score points
Guesses are ranked by how close they are. The closest gets 100 points (150 and 200 on a round's 2nd and 3rd buys), each place after gets a bit less, and the closer half score.
4 · Survive the cuts
Rounds of 3 buys, and points reset every round. You have 2 lives: after each round the bottom half loses one, and you're out when you lose your last. When 12 or fewer are left, the next round keeps the top 3, and the last round decides 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
5 · Race for your team
Every buy, the teams are ranked by their average points per guess on that buy. 1st gets 60 team pts, 2nd 40, 3rd 20 (90 / 60 / 30 on a round's 2nd buy, 120 / 80 / 40 on the 3rd). Out? Keep guessing: every guess counts for your team. Late? You can still join a team, up until the last two rounds start.
6 · Win
The top 3 win the prizes Seal sets. The team with the most team pts splits the team prize, paid to your wallet automatically, by how many buys you guessed. Everyone earns miacoin.
Questions
How does the team race work?
Every buy is a mini race between the teams, decided by each team's average points per guess on that buy, so a bigger team doesn't get an edge. The winner of the buy gets the most team pts, and every team scores something. The points add up over the show, and the race chart on the live standings shows who's ahead and what each team needs to catch up.
I guessed but I'm not on the list!
The main list on stream is players still in the race for the podium. Everyone else playing for their team shows under "Closest for the teams" on the result card. Your guess still counts for your team.
Am I in?
Log in at kemeow.com/mycat and open the Showdowns tab. It tells you whether you're in, how to join if you're not, and shows your team and your guess.
Why can't I join?
You need a linked wallet, the same as for kemeow, so prizes can be paid. Type !link in chat to see how.
Where do I guess in the last rounds?
Some showdowns use private rounds at the end: players still in for the podium guess on kemeow.com/mycat instead of chat, so nobody can copy them. Everyone else keeps guessing in chat for their team.
How is the team prize split?
By how many buys you guessed: guess every buy for a full share. The pot grows $20 every time a game buy profits (pays more than it cost), or $50 instead when it hits 5x or more. It's sent to your linked wallet when the showdown ends.
Can I change my guess?
No. Each buy, your first guess counts. You guess again on the next buy.
