Predict the Hunt

During a bonus hunt, chat guesses the exact balance once every bonus is opened (!predict <amount>, linked wallet needed, changeable until the first bell). The closest prediction wins, over or under. A tie for a prize goes to whoever followed Seal first; if that can't be checked, a fair roll from the hunt's committed seed decides.
